Enjoy 5 ‘one-off’ Stone Brewing Co. Casks paired with 5 courses
Spend an evening with Ken Wright, Stone’s Minister of Evangelism and Indoctrination, and five of Stone’s illustrious brewers – including Stone’s Brewmaster Mitch Steele for 5 Brewers, 5 Casks, 5 Courses.

What: A pairing dinner featuring 5 special one off casks of Stone Brewing Co. beer crafted specifically by 5 different brewers to pair with each of their designated course.

Who: Mitch Steele – Brewmaster, Steve Gonzalez – Research and Small Batch Manager, Hollie Stephenson – Brewing Supervisor, Cecil Manasco – Small Batch Brewer and Justin Clemente – Brewer. Last but not least, food created by Chef James Boyle

The Pairing Menu

First course: Roasted cauliflower and uni bisque, with duo of morels and chanterelles, with chive oil

Hollie Stephenson, Brewing Supervisor, Stone Cali-Belgique IPA w/Lychee, Yuzu, Toasted Macadamia Nuts, and Grains of Paradise

Second Course: house smoked trout on a cilantro blini stack, with salmon roe, crème fraich, and a pomegranate gastrique

Mitch Steele, Brewmaster, Stone IPA, with french oak and a new hop: Vic’s Secret from Australia-lemony citrus goodness….

Third Course: Roasted duck breast with roasted candy beets, parsnip puree, micro green salad with a granny smith apple and pancetta vinaigrette

Steve Gonzalez, Research and Small Batch Manager, Stone Levitation Ale w/Darjeeling and Chamomile Tea, and Tangerine Zest

Fourth course: Braised Pork ossobuco with hooks two year cheddar grits, roasted heirloom carrots, in a red ancho mole, pickled red onion

Cecil Menasco, Small Batch Brewer, Arrogant Bastard Ale w/Chipotle

Fifth course: Bourbon gelato Affogato, lavette coffee , little john english toffee, rosemary syrup

Justin Clemente, Brewer, Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous Black IPA w/Crystallized Ginger and Cacao Nibs
